i've never been on a trip that i didn't know the people i was going with.
gordon and i were invited by steve and teressa to join them on a southern utah adventure.
gordon met steve and teressa on a "freeze your tail off" toyota trip a while back and received an email from steve inviting us on some trips this year with him and a group of other people. the first trip: cedar mesa.
without hesitation, we jumped at the chance to go!
we arrived pretty late on friday night. luckily we weren't trying to find a camping spot and steve had rented a loft in blanding, utah. the loft was awesome! very nice inside, equipped with two bathrooms, x-box connect, big ol' kitchen, and beds enough to sleep 12!
this is the loft...i swear to you it's much nicer inside.
we'd like to go back down there and stay with our family...especially since little man and little miss facetimed us saturday morning. we took them on a visual tour. there was lots of oooing and awwwing going on.
the owner of the loft giving us some great tips on where to begin our day. he was super nice and helpful.
i may have been one of the only adults to ride the tire zip line.
i may or may not have done so multiple times and screamed each time.
life is about adventure!
