48 hours

48 hours without anything sweet or that contains sugar. I’ve done this once. I was planning on doing it for 9 days. It was this detox thing my Mom was doing that I thought I would do too.

And then my friend brought to work a freshly-made-that-morning-from-her-sister-still-warm pumpkin empanada.

It had cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on top.

I caved.

It was good.

Ha ha... Justin and I was going to do the no sweets thing for 6 weeks but we only lasted a week! I decided life is much funner with tasty sweets!

As crappy as the detox is because I only lost 5lbs, I will say that I felt SOOOOOOO good! I had so much energy! But now that you showed that pic of that pumpkin thingy I think it is only fair to let us all have the recipe! ;)
